Contact
Email us at hello@racepredictor.run. It goes to a real inbox that a real person checks, and you will normally hear back within a few days. No ticket numbers, no autoresponder.
Reporting a bug
If a calculator gave you something strange, include the exact inputs you entered, the result you got, and what you expected instead. The browser and device help too. Most of the reports we get turn out to be genuine edge cases, so please do send them; a bug you hit is a bug someone else is hitting silently.
Questions about a prediction
Happy to explain why the predictor said what it said. Include the race you entered and the distance you were predicting. Usually the answer involves the gap between the two distances and what the Riegel formula can and cannot see, but sometimes the numbers genuinely deserve a second look.
Why there is no contact form
This site deliberately has no server, which is why it is fast and why your data stays in your browser. A contact form would need somewhere to send itself. Email does the same job with none of the machinery, so email it is.
